Can you scan individual photos from scrapbook pages?
Absolutely, we can scan as many photos from your scrapbook pages as you would like. We can scan your photos directly from your scrapbook pages or carefully remove your photos from your scrapbook in order to scan them. We will use whichever method would be best to give you the highest quality results possible.
If we can not scan your photos directly from your scrapbook pages due to other objects preventing us, we would carefully remove the photo for an additional $0.15 per photo fee to be able to scan your photos.
What is "OCR"?
Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is a process of recognizing text in scanned documents and converting it into searchable text. The identified text is then indexed by the indexing engine allowing searching for documents based on words, phrases, and numbers in their contents.
How long will my digitized scrapbooks & documents be available to download?
Your scrapbooks & documents will be available for 30 days for you to be able to view, share, download, or order other photo products from our online store.
If I'm not in the Greensboro or surrounding areas could I mail you my scrapbooks & documents?
Absolutely! If you are outside my normal service area for pick-up/delivery, we might be able to work something out depending on distance. Otherwise, you have the option to mail your media to us if you are too far away.
