All of our services are done locally in Greensboro, North Carolina. We will pick-up keepsakes from anyone in the Greensboro and surrounding areas up to 45 miles. This ensures physical transfer of your precious memories without the worry of your keepsakes being lost in the mail! We are also more than happy to travel outside our 45 mile radius for an additional fee, and you always have the ability to mail-in your digitization and restoration orders if needed.

Can I view my digitized media on my TV?
When your digital media is saved on a USB Flash Drive most smart TVs have a USB port on them so you can simply plug your flash drive into them to view or watch your digitized media.
What is your minimum order size?
Our minimum order size is $30 not including taxes.
If I'm not in the Greensboro or surrounding areas could I mail my precious keepsakes to you?
Absolutely! If you are outside my normal service area for pick-up/delivery, we might be able to work something out depending on distance. Otherwise, you have the option to mail your precious keepsakes to us if you are too far away.
