Before Compact Flash (CF) and Secure Digital (SD) cards existed, early digital cameras used to store photos on internal camera memory or 3.5" Floppy Disk. We specialize in taking your old storage devices (i.e. 3.5" Floppy Disk, photo Compact Disc (CD's) or photo Digital Versatile Disc (DVD's) and extract your photos so you can once again enjoy your memories. This service enables you to have all your photos throughout various old storage devices all located in one place as a digital download, on a USB Flash Drive or both.

Organize & Prepare Your Media
- Gather & Organize: Gather and organize your media. Organize them chronologically, by event, or any order you like. If you would like to have them custom-named, have your groups properly labeled with the name you want for each grouping.

Schedule a Pick-up
- Schedule a pick-up date/time that works with your schedule using our online booking system.
- During booking please fill out the questionnaire listing your estimated quantity of media you would like extracted. This will help us provide you with a quote listing the estimated price and time it will take us to complete your order.
- Retainer: A $50 refundable retainer is required during booking to hold your place in the que. This retainer will be applied towards your final order total.

Let the Extracting Adventure Begin!
- We will start extracting your photos from all your old storage devices and place them in one downloadable file.

Enjoy & Share Your Memories
- Once all your photos are extracted, we will send you an invoice for payment of the completed services.
- After payment has been received, you will be emailed a link to your online personal gallery containing your preserved memories.
- Your online personal gallery will remain available for 45 days for you to be able to view, share, download, or order other photo products from our online store.

Schedule a Delivery
- After you have viewed and are satisfied with your new preserved memories we will coordinate a date/time with you to deliver your precious keepsakes.
- If you added a USB Flash Drive(s) for your photos to be stored on, they will be provided to you during this time.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does it makes sense to use a data extraction service?
As computers continue to evolve and optimize for a cloud-based society, we are seeing less compatibility with 3.5" Floppy Disks, CDs, and DVDs which means you lose more and more access to those precious memories. Most people don't own an external CD/DVD reader let alone an external 3.5" Floppy Disk reader. We understand how costly it could be to find and set up special equipment just to be able to read your old data storage devices once again.
That's why we are excited to offer data extraction services to benefit you in both time and cost, so why not allow us to safeguard those precious memories and put them back in your hands as a simple digital download, USB Flash Drive or both!
How long will my extracted data be available in my online personal gallery?
Your online personal gallery will remain available for 45 days for you to be able to view, share, download, or order other photo products from our online store.
If I'm not in the Greensboro or surrounding areas could I mail you my media?
Absolutely! If you are outside my normal service area for pick-up/delivery, we might be able to work something out depending on distance. Otherwise, you have the option to mail your media to us if you are too far away.
